AnneMarie Rickes Schindler, Founder and Principal of Small Wins Consulting, has a broad range of development, entrepreneurial, marketing, and non-profit experience. She has worked with brands like LIVESTRONG, Lilly Oncology, SXSW, and Autism Speaks and is known to her peers and colleagues as a results-driven “doer”. During her tenure at the LIVESTRONG Foundation, AnneMarie managed the event portfolio for the organization, consistently meeting the revenue and participant engagement goals and raising between $2M- $7.5M annually. As the Foundation moved into more uncertain times, AnneMarie was tasked with leading cross- collaborative initiatives, focusing on revenue stabilization, event innovation, and strategic partnerships. Her thoughtful and candid approach to team-building and accountability help her create buy-in and focus, despite challenging conditions. As Founder of Small Wins Consulting, AnneMarie’s vision is to develop and evolve partnerships between for-profit and non-profit brands for the purposes of building community and deepening brand engagement. AnneMarie thrives in pulling insights from data, understanding team dynamics and processes, and developing and implementing ideas into annual plans.
In her “spare time”, AnneMarie co-founded of Fortitude Strength & Conditioning – Easy is Evil CrossFit, a CrossFit gym which she and her husband have taken from a 10 person bootcamp to a 150-athlete brick and mortar gym on Austin’s growing east side. At Fortitude, AnneMarie has focused on operations, marketing, and process development.
